As soon as we detect any irregularities in your app's services, we'll notify you via email. A member of our team will automatically be assigned to investigate the incident.
Then, the support team of the app will receive an email from our team. We'll include any concerns we have + a request for a solution to be put in place.
Once the team lets us know they've put a solution in place, we'll let you know of it. But, we'll stay on high alert for the rest of the day to make sure all is well.
